This is the ideal course for anyone who would like to learn how to cook a meal for your family or freeze to eat at a later date.
You will learn how to cook, thicken and flavour your dishes and how to make quick and easy dishes that you can replicate at home.
Not only will you learn valuable skills you will also take home a meal to feed a family of four.
All ingredients will be provided, skills taught & cheaper than a takeaway!
