I would like to think that my creativity & passion for Baking Came from my Lovely mother, shirley palmer.
we spent many hours together baking during my childhood & i learnt skills which i have then been able to pass down to children of my own.
Since founding the cafe eats n treats in eastwood, my passion for creative cooking & training only grew as did my skills & Knowledge.
After 10 years of developing eats n treats i am so excited to be able to extend my skills into a fabulous new project and even more so to meet you all
