In this hands-on class, you will learn the foundations of authentic Italian pasta making — from scratch.
We’ll begin by creating a fresh egg pasta dough, learning the correct ratios, kneading techniques, resting time, and how to achieve that perfect silky texture.
You’ll then turn your dough into beautiful handmade pasta shapes and transform them into a delicious three-course meal.
This is a relaxed, social class where you’ll cook, plate and enjoy everything you make.
